Submission Guidelines
Dear Author,
On Top Publications publish urban and
urban-romance novels. The manuscripts that are
submitted will be reviewed by our editors. We will
contact you by email, mail or by phone with the
conclusion of the review.
All submissions need to include the entire manuscript
and a synopsis. Please have your name, email
address, mailing address and telephone number on
the first page of your manuscript. The title and page
number are mandatory on every page. Your
manuscript should be double spaced and chapters
need to be indicated. No submissions will be
returned, so please keep a copy.

Please allow a minimum of one to two months for your
submission to be reviewed. You can inquire about
